Lili of the Valley Tea for Two

Good morning everyone! I hope your week is going well thus far. Yesterday Jenn and I took the grand kids to see The Lorax and it was so cute it had all the kids giggling even the adults. Then I did a little shopping at Michael's Crafts something I haven't done in more than a month. OMG I KNOW!!!!

Today I have another Lili of the Valley card to share with you. I colored these little darlings in using Distress ink. It's not quite what I envisioned it to look like when I tried mixing different colors together inks together. I am pleased with the little girl on the right but not so much with the other she doesn't seem to flow as nicely I think because of her blue skirt. I was going for the jean skirt look. The colors I used together on the other little girl with the hat were Worn Lipstick and Scattered Straw. I wanted to create a more peach look and I thought those colors mixed well together. Another beautiful recipe is Worn Lipstick and Wild Honey which makes an even softer peach. Anyway the gorgeous papers are by Basic Grey called Picadilly given to me for my Birthday from one of my besties. Thanks sweetie!! The large flowers are by Prima and was given to me by another one of my besties. Thank you Rebekah! The smaller flowers are all WOC and the larger lace and the pearl lace are from my stash. The beautiful sentiment is by Lili of the Valley. I added a coordinated handmade stick pin to the floral bouquet.

Thank you so much for visiting and also your lovely comments regarding Buddy.
Have a sparkling day.
Hugs Bonnie

Happy Mother's Day

Good morning my lovelies. I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. Mine was quite busy spending time with friends and family. Sharlene, Jenn and I went to see that movie "Gone" and it was fabulous! Saturday night Sean and I went to dinner with two other couples and ended up at one of the couples homes to play pool. I mostly chatted with my girlfriends and played with their 4 dogs. Sunday I spent the day with my daughter and my 3 grand kids.
I was able to do some crafting and made this card which features Tilda. I colored her in using my Copic markers. I used a variety of flowers which are mostly WOC. I created a removable tag with a crystal charm that I also made. So of course I also had to include and handmade crystal stick pin. The sweet little hummingbird charm is from my stash!

Thank you for stopping in today.
I hope you are have a sparkling Tuesday!

This handsome lump on the floor is my fur baby Buddy. I tried to sneak a picture of him hugging his baby while fast asleep. His hearing is sharp and he watches me like a hawk so I couldn't get the picture. I'm still trying to get a picture of him laying on his back, legs up in the air, while sleeping. OMG it's so funny!

Easter Greetings

Good Morning my lovelies and happy Friday! Where did the week go???? We did get some snow on February 29 do you think if it wasn't a leap year the snow wouldn't have come? haha OK I'm being goofy.
I'd like to share with you today's card that features one of Krista's Saturated Canary images. When I saw her I immediately said "I HAVE TO HAVE HER". Isn't she so cute? I colored her in with my Copics and also made some little puffy clouds. I think I have to work on that a little because it looks like she's going to have torrential rain any minute now. The pretty paper is by K&Co. called Berry Sweet. The round decorative doily die is by Die-namics. Flowers are by Wild Orchids and the flourishes and leaves are by Marianne's Design. The fancy tag holding the crystal charm is by Spellbinders. And the beautiful butterfly is from my super sweet friend Rebekah, Thanks sweetie pie.

Thank you so much for taking the time to stop in today. I sincerely look forward to reading your comments.
Have a great weekend.
Hugs Bonnie

Wishing you Sunshine Simply Magnolia DT card

Good Morning all! I hope your weekend is going well. We just got back from the Birthday party we had for Jenn. It was a wonderful time and as usual I laughed until I cried. My grandson Jameson who is a month shy of 2 years old is already a rocker! We had the Karaoke system going and he was head bang in to Ozzy! I never laughed so hard in my life.
We have a new challenge this week at Simply Magnolia and the theme is bling and bows.
I chose to use the adorable Miss Tilda and colored her in using Copic Markers. The gorgeous purple butterfly and white stems is from my sweet friend Becky, thank you Becky! The bling is by recollections as well as some of the flowers. The sentiment is by Lili of the Valley, I just love this set of stamps.
Thank you so much for stopping in today.
Have a wonderful rest of the weekend.
Hugs and much love Bonnie
