Love of my Life CLP Challenge dt card

I am so sorry I am just noticing now how lop sided my photo is. I've been a little pre-occupied so I'm missing the little details.

It's mid month and time for the CLP sketch Challenge reminder. You still have until May 31 to enter.
For my card I chose to use this darling image by Lili of the Valley. OMG I love it so much again it reminds me of Sean my hubby and I in our younger days. Anyhoo I colored this sweet image in using Copic markers adding a little Diamond Stickles and Liquid Pearls. The paper is by Melissa Frances I think from the Thankful collection I'm not certain. The flowers are by Wild Orchids and a few from the dollar store. All of the lace is from my stash and the bling trim on the bottom was from an Etsy store. I made the banner out of chipboard and just added some coordinating paper.
Thanks for stopping by

Unique & Special You CLP DT card for sketch challenge

Good Morning everyone! I hope your all enjoying this absolutely fabulous weather that were having. Yesterday Sharlene and I went to some garage sales and I found some really awesome deals. I bought this wedding dress that was to DIE for.... not for me to wear but to CUT UP to use the yards of material and lace appliques on my cards and altered items. The lady sold it to me for $25.00 and hugged me when I bought it and said she was glad to be rid of it because it was from her first wedding. Hee hee so I told her I was going to cut it up and she hugged me again. haha we had a great laugh....

Ok so I'd like to share with you the card I made for this weeks sketch challenge at CLP challenge. I used this adorable image by Elisabeth Bell for Whimsy Stamps called Lemon Pepper. Isn't she so stinking cute? I colored her in using Copic markers. The designer papers are by Basic Grey called Picadilly. Sorry guys for not being able to see much of the beautiful paper or Chelsea's sketch for that matter. I went a little crazy with the flowers and lace. The flowers are by Wild Orchid Crafts and the lovely lace is from my stash. The sentiment was made using a Tim Holtz facets beveled glass, it reads Unique & Special you. The sweet little hummingbird charm is also from my stash. I hand made the little pearl sprays that are behind the humming bird.

I hope you will join us for this weeks sketch challenge at CLP challenge. I look forward to seeing your fabulous creations.

Thank you for stopping by.
Hugs Bonnie

Tilda Painting Easter Eggs CLP DT card

Good morning my lovely friends. Today is the big day. Jameson my youngest grandson turns two but for some reason when you ask him he says he's turning three. It's the funniest thing. We are having a little party for him tonight which is sure to be a fantastic time.
I'd like to share with you the card that I created for the CLP monthly sketch challenge. I chose these two Magnolia stamps I got last year after Easter on sale and have yet to use them. So I was pretty excited to ink them up with Easter right around the corner. I colored Tilda and eggs with my Copic markers. The designer papers are from DCWV called Baby Girl. The flowers are an assortment of Magnolia and Recollections. I also tucked a handmade stick pin which I added a sweet little Easter basket charm. Notice the other egg charm and the little eggs I placed in the flower arrangement? These are so old I found them when I was cleaning out my craft room. The butterfly I think is also Recollections.
So I hope my card has inspired you to join the CLP sketch challenge. You have until March 31st to join. I look forward to seeing your creations!

Thank you for your continued love and support of my art!!!! I am always so humbled by your the wonderful comments that you leave.
Hugs and much love Bonnie

CLP Sketch challenge featuring Sassy Studio Designs

*****Update*****

This is my SECOND POST for today.
OMG I am so late on my posts today, my deepest apologies. Seems my computer is again not working properly. Sean and I are seriously looking into perhaps an upgrade. Shhh I don't want to jinks myself before we do anything because it seems AT THE MOMENT my computer is cooperating.

Ok so we have a sketch challenge this month at CLP challenge. And our sponsor is Sassy Studio Designs. My card features Steampunk Victoria isn't she amazing? I had the best best time working with her and watching her come to life. I colored her in using my Copic markers. The paper is DCWV, black Bazzill and Kraft. I have a lot of fun little things going on here that I'd like to share with you. First the lovely flowers are by Wild Orchids which I inked the edges using Tumbled Glass Distress ink. Then I painted on Crackle accents to give it that glass or metal look. The flourishes are cut with a Magnolia die and the round die cuts are by Spellbinder. I inked the Kraft paper with Vintage photo then again painted on the Crackle accent. The bevelled glass piece is by Tim Holtz and I did the same crackle glass method with that as well. The is that adorable key that I found in the dollar bin at Michael's and I attached a little charm to it. The metal sprockets are by Tim Holtz and I added some alcohol ink in Ginger to match the Kraft paper.

I hope you will join us for this months sketch challenge at CLP! You have until January 31st to join.
I look forward to seeing your creations!

CLP Sketch challange Little Mermaid Tilda

Good Morning. Geez it's been forever since I've posted. Seems I've been so busy creating but finishing Nothing! I start on one thing and hop to another. It's like you get an idea and you have to fly with it before it's gone. So that's what I've been doing is experimenting with different things. And today's card has one of those experiments.
Today's DT card was created for Crafting Life's Pieces monthly sketch challenge using another one of Chelsea's magnificent sketches. My card features Little Mermaid Tilda. Oh I just LOVE her!!!! And I truly love how she turned out. I colored her in using Copic Markers and enhanced with Star Dust. As I did with everything else that glitters and sparkles. The sea shells I purchased at Michael's and used a technique I learned from my lovely friend Carol Chocolate, Crafts, And Bears, Oh My . She did this fantastic tutorial mixing together water with Folk Art acrylic paint in a mini mister and spritzed her die cuts. Ooh-La-La Well I tried the same technique on the sea shells and pearls and they came out beautifully. Flowers are by Prima and the ocean stickers are from Jolee's. I added some glass beads and bling to symbolize bubbles. So fun!

I hope my card has inspired you to join us at CLP for this months sketch challenge #38. You have until July 31st to enter. The Beary Scrap is this months awesome fabulous sponsor.
