Papertake Weekly GDT

Hello my lovelies. I'm back again to share another GDT card for Papertake weekly challenge. This weeks theme is a color combo using black, white and red with the exception of hair and skin. My card features a stamp by Whiff of Joy called Musing Melinda. I colored her in using my Copic markers and also chose to use the color combo including skin and hair. The flowers are all by Wild Orchids. The frame is by Spellbinders and the flourishes are Magnolia. The sweet sentiment is by Whimsy Stamps and the corner die cuts are by Marianne Designs. I tucked two handmade stick pins behind the flowers.

Merry Christmas with Love

Good Morning everyone! Just a quick post for me today.

I created this card using a Whiff of Joy image called Melida Christmas Angel. I colored her in using my Copic Markers and I must confess I'm not thrilled with the results. It's just not what I envisioned. I wanted the gold to be more gold but it turned out too yellow. So I had to off set it and stick a few yellow flowers. The Flowers and gold metal corner is by Wild Orchids. The beautiful sentiment is by Lili of the Valley. The adorable die cut tree's, heart flourish and tag are by Magnolia. The strand of pearls are from my stash. I have two hand crafted stick pins tucked behind the flowers. I used lots of Liquid pearls though out the card.

Whiff Of Joy Noel

Good Morning! I hope all my bloggin buddies are doing great! Me I'm busy as usual but in a good way.

So today's card features the lovely Willow with Lantern that I just purchased from Whiff of Joy. I looove her. I colored her in using Copic markers (many layers). Flowers are by Prima and Wild Orchids. The metal tear drop with the Noel sentiment I found in the jewelry department at Michael's and just added the sentiment behind it and little jingle bells. The Heart Swirl is by Magnolia. This is my very first tea light box card. I had to make the box that holds the tea lights 3 times before I got it right. My husband says, "we'll you should be an expert now". No No that's not what I wanted to hear I needed sympathy. Whaaaa Men!!!!

Whiff Of Joy "Merry Christmas"

Hi all! Fabulously chilly day today. Nice day to curl up on the couch in front of a roaring fire and read a good book. Well no that's not what I did but it sounds nice doesn't it. No I just puttered around the house and created today's card. Now I'm getting ready for the storm to blow in. Around here that means the grand kids are coming. Yeah!!! They are coming to spend the weekend at Nana and Poppy's. Sean is putting ceramic tile in Jenn's bathroom so they won't have a toilet for a few days. That was our gift for her and Rick for their 6 year wedding Anniversary. Good gosh my baby's been out of the house for 6 years. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!! Well I have them all to myself this weekend. *wink*
So on to today's card. I used this fabulous stamp from Whiff Of Joy. And of course coloured her in using my Copics. The gorgeous paper is by My Mind's Eye. Lovely flowers by Prima and Wild Orchids. Sentiment by K&Co. Say it With Swirls pearls by Prima.

Whiff Of Joy

Good Morning and Happy Sunday my friends. Today's blog will have to be short and sweet. My grandson Jameson is getting Baptised this morning and Sean and I are the Godparents. Ahhh so special and quite the honor.
For today's card I used Whiff of Joy stamp isn't she gorgeous? And sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday. I hope you like it.
