Sights and Smells of Christmas at Nana's

I'm a little freaked out each and every day. Because it's that much closer to Christmas. Have I started decorating? No! Have I started shopping? No! I'm thinking perhaps I'll be doing both this weekend. I've been putting off decorated because Buddy has to wear a cone on his head to help stop him from aggravating a boo boo on his leg. So I'm real scared if I put up my tree he's going to take it out with his big cone head. Omg he's so funny looking, my poor baby, but it's almost healed.
Today's card features this adorable image from Belles n' Whistles. I'm entering it into their challenge this week and hopefully it will be ok for a Christmas theme. I don't have any Christmas Bn'W stamps but I thought this would be ok, hopefully. I inked it up using my Copic markers and added snow everywhere. Check out my new tree's aren't they awesome? I just got them in as well as the beautiful tag which I've wanted FOREVER!! Both are from Magnolia. There is also a flourish behind the flowers which is also new it's by Memory Box, so pretty. Flowers are all by Wild Orchids. I added a sweet little snowflake charm I got off Ebay. The tag has two charms which I hand crafted trying to make them look like Christmas ornaments. There is a circular doily under there a heart doily as well as cheese cloth. I went a little nuts with the layers.
So I hope you've enjoyed today's card.
Thank you for visiting and happy crafting
Hugs Bonnie

Your work amazes me more and more each day.
Hope you get to put up your decorations and go christmas shopping this weekend. Hope Buddy recovers soon from his boo boo.

I just wonder, how early do people put up their trees in USA? And when do you take them down? Generally speaking, of course. ;)

In Norway most people decorate their tree on what we call "little christmas eve", 23th of December, and we leave it for just over new years. So by our measure you still got plenty of time for decorating. ;)

Your card is so stunning, I love all the texture and layers, the purple and lilac dashes of color, and all the other georgeus details. Adorable image as well.

Lots of hugs, Anne.

This is so wonderful Bonnie. It takes me back to when my Grandmother was still alive. My Mother, Grandmother, and I would get together for two or three days and bake cookies for Christmas until we dropped...lol Sometimes you wish you could turn the clock back and have just one of those days when we could all be together again. It was awesome. Your card is just filled with glorious details to drool over. I love your new dies. They are so pretty!
