Good Morning my friends I hope your weekend was enjoyable.
This week at Whoopsi Daisy the theme is Pink and Green. I chose to use this adorable Fairy image which can be found Here. I just fell in love with her gorgeous wings, skirt and that fabulous hair. I colored her using my Copic Markers. For her skirt I used YG09, YG06 AND YG11. For her top and wings I used RV13, RV10RV00, BG05, BG01 and B00. I used designer papers by Tim Holtz called Vintage Shabby and Prima called Fairy Flora. Flowers are by Recollections as well as the bling flourishes. The beautiful sentiment is by Lili of the Valley. The chipboard bird and banner pieces are by Jenni Bowlin which I used my picked fence dauber then added Distress Crackle paint in clear rock candy then finished off with Distress Ink in Tumbled Glass. This technique is so easy and so fun and the results are fabulous. For the Fairy charm I added a few drops of Tim Holtz alcohol Ink in Denim. I distressed all the edges of the card then added Vintage Photo Distress Ink and finished with Champagne Glitz Stickles. The green flourishes were made with a Magnolia die as well as the removable tag. I added some Martha Stewart glass beads to the cheese cloth and Perfect Pearls around her frame which was made using Spellbinder dies.
This card was so much fun to make that I urge you to give this darling image a try as well as the other techniques used.
