Lili of the Valley Tea for Two

Good morning everyone! I hope your week is going well thus far. Yesterday Jenn and I took the grand kids to see The Lorax and it was so cute it had all the kids giggling even the adults. Then I did a little shopping at Michael's Crafts something I haven't done in more than a month. OMG I KNOW!!!!

Today I have another Lili of the Valley card to share with you. I colored these little darlings in using Distress ink. It's not quite what I envisioned it to look like when I tried mixing different colors together inks together. I am pleased with the little girl on the right but not so much with the other she doesn't seem to flow as nicely I think because of her blue skirt. I was going for the jean skirt look. The colors I used together on the other little girl with the hat were Worn Lipstick and Scattered Straw. I wanted to create a more peach look and I thought those colors mixed well together. Another beautiful recipe is Worn Lipstick and Wild Honey which makes an even softer peach. Anyway the gorgeous papers are by Basic Grey called Picadilly given to me for my Birthday from one of my besties. Thanks sweetie!! The large flowers are by Prima and was given to me by another one of my besties. Thank you Rebekah! The smaller flowers are all WOC and the larger lace and the pearl lace are from my stash. The beautiful sentiment is by Lili of the Valley. I added a coordinated handmade stick pin to the floral bouquet.

Thank you so much for visiting and also your lovely comments regarding Buddy.
Have a sparkling day.
Hugs Bonnie

I am going to submit my card into the following challenges

Oh where do I begin?! Okay, so let's start with the Lorax! I definitely need to see that one too .. the previews looks hellah cute and I'm glad to hear that you, Jenn and the little ones enjoyed it a lot! Now I'm really excited to see it too! :)

And on to this GORGEOUSNESS! Gosh this makes me feel happy and bright .. imagining what these 2 cuties are talking about over tea! Probably talking about what they're gonna buy at Michaels after their teatime. lol! I love all the different textures you always add to your creations .. you know, the flowers, the lace, the cheesecloth, the gorgeous stickpin .. sigh!!! Not to mention your FABULOUS colouring!! Absolutely STUNNING as ALWAYS Bons!

Much Love,
Elise
