Good morning everyone. I hope your all have a great and creative week. Yesterday I spent the day in some local antique shops looking for some art to hang on my scrap room. I did find a few pictures among other must have treasures. Needless to say I came home with a car full of goodies.
Today's card features this adorable image by Elisabeth Bell called Picked Sweet. I colored her in using my Copic markers. The designer papers are by K&Co called Merry weather. The flowers are all from the dollar stores. That gorgeous butterfly is by Prima, I've been hording it for a while. I used Snow Cap acyclic paint dabber on the flowers and around the edges of the paper. The metal filigree corner is by Wild Orchids and the Dream ticket from Tim Holtz. I hand dyed the seam binding and made the little pearl sprays. Oh I also added a 4" wide piece of lace just behind her frame as the papers seemed to be a little busy for the rest of the business going on. lol
Thank you all for your continued support and visiting my blog and leaving the most heart warming comments, I truly appreciate it.
Have a sparkling day.
