A Splashing Good Time

Good morning my lovelies! Today is a very special day for me. Not only is it Sean my husbands Birthday but it's also our 28th wedding Anniversary. It seems like just yesterday that we met at my girlfriends party and instantly fell in love with him. There are so many times when he does the most amazing things for me and I fall in love with him all over again. I know I'm a sap. LOL

Today I'd like to share with you a card that I managed to squeeze in this week because Sean is on vacation so it's hard to hibernate in my scrap room. It features this adorable image by Lili of the Valley and she's called Never Too Old for Cupcake. I colored her in using Copic Markers and added some Glossy Accents to the frosting and stickles to her wings and flowers. The pearls going around her frame are by Recollections. The oh so fun paper is by Me & My Big Idea's called Mambi. Flowers are by Prima, I am Roses and Wild Orchids. The lace and trims are from my stash. Oh and the cute little cupcake charm was an earring made from clay. I thought it was perfect.

Thank you for stopping by today
Hugs Bonnie

Oh wow this is just stunning. Love the colours and gorgeous image. Congrats with hubby's birthday and your 28th Anniversary - a huge achievement. In November this year me and my partner for life will also be married for 28 years.
It would be great if you could stop by Doing Life and take part in our DS4J blog hop.

Hi Bonnie,
This looks fab. I love your image & choice of papers. Unfortunately our challenge was to be inspired by a movie rather than a song title. What about The Elvis movie, Girl Happy! Thanks for joining us at Secret Crafter's Saturday Challenge.
Hugs,
Andie xx
