Whoopsi Daisy Vintage Fairy Flapper girl

Good Morning everyone I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. My doors and windows were open to absolutely gorgeous spring weather. Ahhh.. it felt GOOD!
Our very talented Miss Linnie from Whoopsi Daisy has just released the most beautiful Fairy Flapper images. OMG I love them ALL. This weeks challenge at Whoopsi Daisy is Vintage and I thought this gorgeous Fairy Flapper would be perfect. I colored digi using Copic markers and added Liquid Pearls for her necklace. I distressed all the edges with the Tim Holtz distress tool, inked with Vintage photo and added Golden Rod glitter. I added a handmade stick pin with pearls and Swarovski crystals.
Just as a reminder this image is only one of 4 that you get per sheet. That is an awesome advantage to buying these lovely images but that's not even the sweetest part. Linnie is now having a buy one get one free deal going on so pop on over HERE and get your digi's today!!!!! I hope you will join us and I look forward to seeing your creations. Thanks for stopping by and have a Sparkling Day.
Hugs Bonnie

McMahon Five Designs and Basket making Tutorial

I am so very excited to show you today's project that I created using one of McMahon Five Designs newest image called "Gift Of Spring". I created this lovely little Easter Basket which I also included a step by step tutorial on how it's made. I hope you enjoy it!
Thanks for popping in. Hugs Bonnie
Supplies needed:
heavy card stock
decorative paper
punch
ruler
scoring tool
scissors
glue or double sided tape
embellishments
*****************************
***Please note the penny is showing so my camera had something to focus on***

Cut your heavy card stock measuring 21cm X 21cm
Score both sides at 7cm and 14cm creating 9 equal scored squares
Cut on scored line as shown opposite to each other
Use your decorative punch on both sides that are not cut
Use glue or double sided tape and fold the cut ends creating basket
This is what your basket should look like at this point
Use punch to make the basket handle measuring approximately 4cm wide X 22cm long
Add decorative paper to your handle then use double sided tape or glue to attach the handle to the inside of the basket
Add panels using your decorative designer paper to the outsides of basket.
Embellish as desired adding goodies to the inside making it a fabulous gift! Good luck and have fun.
