Childhood Dreams as a Figure Skater

Hello my friends! I hope you all had a fabulous weekend. Mine was filled with tons of love and laughter. Me and my flock had a fabulous Thanksgiving gathering with tons of food to eat and much to be thankful for. We also got some absolutely fabulous news that my daughter Jenn and her hubby Rick are pregnant again. OMG I couldn't be more happier for them. A fourth grandchild on the way to be loved, cherished and of course spoiled. lol

I made a tea light holder card book that features this adorable Tilda skating. One of my childhood dreams was to be a wonderful figure skater. Nope it never happened I couldn't skate at all. sigh... So anyway I colored Tilda in with my Copic markers and added Stickles glitter to her dress and head band. The white on her hand and ear muffs as well as the tops of her skates are Fun Flock. I added flowers from Wild Orchids which I also hit with the Stickles and tucked a handmade crystal stick pin. The sweet little glittered Dove and snowflake are by Recollections. I tucked another handmade angel wings and pearl stick pin behind the pink flower. I used a Martha Stewart punch for the snowflakes and enhanced with ink and more Stickles. The beautiful snowflake designer paper is by K & Co.
Thank you for visiting me today
Hugs Bonnie

This is spectacular. No secret that I really love those white and blue winter colours. That touch of pink with the flowers and her dress makes this tealight card pop. Love the blue/white coloured theme you've used for the snowflake edgepunch as well. Thanks for playing at Stamptacular Sunday Challenge and good luck. Hope to see you back sunday for a new challenge. Bettina xx

OK that is it-I am hitting up my 401K to order these new Magnolia's!!! This is the one I wanted the most and I was going to get it but "SOLD OUT" came up when I put it in the cart...lol Holy smokes this is awesome. Do you dream in living color? She is so wonderfully sparkly-I love this pretty card style too. All the edges are so pretty distressed in that awesome blue. This definitely gets a 10 thumbs up...wait a minute-I only have two thumbs. Oh heck it's magnificent enough to 10!!!

Wow Bonnie, just gorgeous!

I too wanted to be a skater, but the only thing I was good at on the ice was picking myself back up, lol
